Hi guys,

It is almost the end of the semester. Now its time for another Annual general meeting. Old committee will be disband and new committee will be elected. We also will give a brief report on current financial report. Just a note, in order to change the committee, we need at least 2/3 of the members to vote. Therefore, we are expecting everyone of you to come. At the end, there will be free foods and drinks, so dont miss this chance. Followings are the details:

Venue: GB221
Date: April 29, 2010
Time: 5 to 8pm

The nominations will be opened to the floor to reduce hassles of handling the nominations.

Agenda:
5.00pm- Registration
5.30pm- President speech and dissolve the current committees
5.40pm- Nominations and voting
6.30pm- More speeches and eat

Note: Since the nomination is opened to the floor, the voting will be started with president and follows by other positions. The voting will be a quick vote by handraise. It will be counted by Uncle dean.
